At Whispering Carpets, we pride ourselves on our flexibility. Just because you go to work doesn’t mean you have to miss out on renewed rug cleanliness! We don’t ask you to work around us, we’ll work around you – we pick up and return rugs for FREE.
That’s right, if you work or can’t be home for any reason, we’ll collect your rug and return it at times that suit you. But wait there’s more! We also bring your rug home completely dry, so there’s no chance of mildew or stains on your carpet or hardwood floors.
Of course, if you prefer your rug cleaned at home, we’re more than happy to do that too.
At Whispering Carpets we know that every rug is an individual statement that reflects you and your home, so we treat it like an art piece. Even the best-kept and regularly vacuumed rug is still susceptible to bacteria, deeply ingrained dirt and stubborn pet smells and these can only be treated with a deep professional Whispering Carpet clean.

How We Clean Your Rugs
The Whispering Carpets Hot steam extraction
- Allow a drying time of three to five hours for this process
- Pre-vacuuming with a commercial standard vacuum cleaner
- Respraying with a powerful antibacterial solution and stains agitation
- A final thorough hot steam extraction that lifts soil and releases stainsagitation
The Whispering Carpets Dry (or “bonnet”) cleaning
- Allow two to four hours’ drying time
- Vacuuming and pre-spraying with a hot solution containing antibacterial agents
- Agitation of stains and marks with a buffing machine
- Cleaning with the buffing pad after it has been soaked in hot water
But whatever method we use and whether it’s done at your place or ours, your rug will have antibacterial sanitising and deodorising and come back as good as new (maybe even better!).
