Not Happy with the service at all . He bring the rugs in same  condition as picked up. Called to discuss and no answer . Texted and no answer as well. So unprofessional and rude customer service . Geoff was informative, punctual and very helpful. He steamed cleaned two recliner chairs for us and the results are phenomenal - they’re like brand new! Will book him in again for our whole house carpets. Highly recommended and an unbeatable price.
